Rental Screening Criteria

To help ensure a consistent and fair application process for all applicants, we partner with SafeRent to complete our screening process. Applications are evaluated using a variety of factors, including credit, income, and rental history.

General screening guidelines include:

  • A minimum conditional Vantage Score of 520.
  • Household income should be at least three (3) times the monthly rent.
  • Income verification is completed through trusted providers, including Nova Credit, Argyle, and The Work Number.

All applications are reviewed in accordance with applicable Fair Housing laws and our established screening criteria. Additional documentation or information may be requested during the application process.

Lease Terms

Available lease terms offered at this community are 3-15 months.

Pricing, Fees & Deposits

Our community utilizes SCE&G and Dominion Energy. Residents are responsible for setting up utilities with these companies prior to move-in.

Rent is due on the 1st and is considered late on the 5th. You may pay your rent online by visiting our resident portal. If you have further questions, you may contact our leasing office team.

Yes, our community offers a variety of amenities for residents to enjoy, including a resort-style swimming pool and a fitness center, as well as shared community spaces such as a clubhouse, internet cafe, dog park, and BBQ grill areas designed for relaxation, recreation, and socializing. While our amenities are available to all residents, we do not have any areas which can be rented for private events.
